Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your right to return

EU customers may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email info@petalas-olive.gr within 48 hours with photos and order number. We will replace or refund your order, including shipping costs.

3. Conditions

  • Returned products must be in original condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt
